Afterstep Time Echoes ("the App") is developed and published by Quiet Loop Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Information We Collect
We do not collect, access, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or sensitive user data through the App.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, account information, contacts, precise or approximate location, photos, files, payment information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, diagnostics, crash reports, or gameplay history from your device.
Offline Operation and Third-Party Services
The App works entirely offline. It does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, account registration, cloud storage, social features, remote configuration, or third-party data-collection SDKs.
The App does not transmit information to us or to third parties.
Google Play may independently process information when you download or update the App. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy and is not controlled by the App.
Local App Data
The App stores the following information only in its private storage on your device:
- Level progress and unlocked levels.
- Best move and Echo results.
- The most recently played level.
- Theme and accessibility settings.
This local information is used only to provide game progress, statistics, and preferences. It is not transmitted off your device and is not accessible to us.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you delete it. You can erase it at any time by selecting Reset Progress in the App's Settings screen.
Uninstalling the App also removes its locally stored data according to your device operating system's behavior.
Because the App has no accounts and does not transmit data to us, we do not maintain server-side user records and have no remote account data to delete.
Data Security
The App minimizes privacy risk by operating offline and keeping game data in Android application-private storage.
No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but the App does not transmit your local game data over a network.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intentionally directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date.
If a future version introduces data collection or sharing, this policy and the applicable in-App disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
